Nashville, TN: (May 29, 2025) Bailey & Company announced today that it facilitated the sale of two of the largest independent Ambulatory Surgery Centers (“ASCs”) in San Jose to Surgery Partners. The strategic acquisitions of Montpelier Surgery Center and Advanced Surgery Center will expand Surgery Partners’ catchment area in the region and solidifies their position as the largest ASC presence in the South Bay.
