Client Description

Founded in 2013, the Company is a leading provider of evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis ("ABA") therapy for children with autism, delivering center-based early intervention across 20 centers in eight states with more than 400 clinicians, including over 70 BCBAs. The Company is the founding affiliate of Ascendia Autism Care, a clinician-led ABA platform launched in 2026 with backing from Cathay Capital.

Rationale

The Company has experienced significant growth and is differentiated by its high-quality care, experienced clinical and administrative teams, scalable systems and infrastructure, and strong relationships with families, clinicians, referral sources, and payers. The new private equity partnership provides the Company with the strategic capital and support to open new clinics, increase density in existing markets, and acquire high-quality practices, accelerating the Company’s mission to bring high-quality ABA therapy to more families across the country.
